Danville Dans

The Danville Dans , established in 1998 (CICL) and joining the Prospect League  in 2009, is a charter member of the league. Playing home games at Danville Stadium in Danville, Illinois, the Dans are co-owned and co-managed by Jeanie Cooke and Rick Kurth. Eric Coleman served as Field Manager in 2013.

While they haven’t yet reached the pinnacle of the Prospect League with a championship, the Dans have consistently been a competitive force. They’ve secured three division championships (2010 Central, 2018 West regular season, 2019 East regular season) and have made nine playoff appearances (2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023). Their most successful season came in 2013 with a 41-19 record.
