Champion City Kings

The Champion City Kings, based in Springfield, Ohio, joined the Prospect League in 2014. They play their home games at Carleton Davidson Stadium. Led by General Manager Ty Wagner and Field Manager Stephen Larkin (2024), the Kings strive to bring exciting summer baseball to the Springfield community.

While they haven’t yet claimed a Prospect League Championship, the Kings have showcased their competitive spirit with a division championship in 2021. They’ve also made two playoff appearances (2021 and 2023), demonstrating their growing strength within the league.
