Prospect League announces a new partnership with Musco Lighting

MAHOMET, IL – The Prospect League, a premier wood-bat summer collegiate league based in the Midwest, is partnering with Musco Lighting to enhance the playing and viewing experience at league stadiums.

As the Preferred Lighting Supplier of the Prospect League, Musco will provide lighting recommendations for expansion teams and work with the League’s existing clubs on new and upgraded lighting systems as a way to create the best possible game night experience.

“Most of the Prospect League’s stadiums use Musco lighting, making this a natural partnership and one that speaks well to the overall product satisfaction of our teams,” said Prospect League Commissioner David Brauer. “As a well-known leader in sports lighting, particularly in baseball, the Prospect League is excited to have Musco on board.”

Founded in 1963 as the Central Illinois Collegiate League, the Prospect League includes 17 teams located throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.

By partnering with Musco – which has been designing and manufacturing sports lighting solutions since 1976 and has installed its systems at nearly 20 Major League Baseball (MLB) stadiums – the Prospect League will take an already exceptional offering for players and fans to even greater heights through elevated lighting standards.

“The Prospect League has a rich history and we’ve enjoyed working together over the years,” said Jeff Rogers, President of Musco. “These teams are a big source of pride for their communities. We couldn’t be more proud to make this partnership official and continue creating unforgettable experiences for players and fans.”
